A donation is a generous and punctual act to help all dogs of the TSDF Association. It’s to help the “TSDF” Association to fund sterilization, to dipsenser expensive care and therapies, to finance equipment purchases or other expenses.
This sponsorship (s) can be done in several ways:

SPONSORSHIP:
Unlike donations, sponsorship targets a particular animal, knowing that you can sponsor several animals and that several people can sponsor the same animal.
You are free to renew your sponsorship as many times as you wish and this until the placement in a sweet household of it, or its departure for animal paradise.
Can’t adopt? Refer it! It is a flexible and generous solution.
You will recreate a photo of your file and news at least once a year.
The sponsorships are entitled to a reduction in income tax equal to 66% of the amount paid within the limit of 20% of your taxable income
Example: you pour 100 € to sponsor one or more dogs, you have a tax deduction of € 66 and that will only cost you € 34 to help your friends on 4 legs.
You will reject a receipt that you will join your tax declration at the beginning of the 2nd quarter (April) of the following year. (For some EU members, there is the possibility of opening up tax reduction rights, for this, to contact your tax service first)

DONATION, LEGACY AND LAW
Make a donation or a legacy to the SDF Teckels is now easier.
Law n ° 2014-856 of July 31, 2014 relating to the social and solidarity economy modified the conditions under which a recognized association of general interest can benefit from a donation or a legacy by will. And remember, it’s been several years since your favorite association is recognized as a general interest!
Until then, in fact, associations which were not recognized as a public utility had to obtain an authorization from the prefect to accept a donation or a legacy. This introduced quite impractical uncertainty.
Now recognized associations of general interest and declared for more than 3 years (like us therefore!) Can freely accept a legacy or a donation.
So the opportunity to take stock of this theme because we have already been questioned on this subject, in particular by people who have no direct family and see in a legacy the certainty that their goods will serve to a cause which their is close to heart. Whether this legacy is big or small, nothing prevents us from thinking of our little ones …
What can we give?
You can give an association as well money, valuables, titles, or even real estate.
If there are children, the legacy at the association will not be able to start the part of the succession reserved for them (the reserve). And if there are no children, the spouse also has a reserved part. Hence the interest of consulting a notary not to be mistaken.

How to proceed?
Whether for a will or a donation, it is better to go and find out a notary. However, the notary is not compulsory, except for the donation of a building. The donation is made during his lifetime, the will organizes the distribution of goods at the time of the succession.
The will can be passed before a notary or written directly (in both cases it must obey specific forms, in particular for the date and the signature, failing which it can be canceled!). If the will is not done in front of a notary, you have to be sure that it will be well preserved and found when it takes. The most prudent is still entrusting it to the notary who can save it to the national file of the last wishes. It is sometimes sordid, and very little respectful of the wishes of the deceased, but a number of trials oppose heirs to associations that their parent wished to gratify …
The will can also predict that the association will take care of the animals of the deceased.
